How I got here
Late 2023
I noticed a recurring pattern: top-tier technical talent was consistently struggling with the behavioral nuances of modern interviewing. The "Interview Gap" was real, and it was holding people back.Early 2024
Engineered the first prototype. My goal was simple: create an empathetic, AI-powered coach that provides the kind of honest, actionable feedback humans often hesitate to give.Mid 2024
Launched to a small community of developers. Within weeks, the first "I got the offer!" messages started rolling in. The vision was validated: deliberate practice works.Today
Still building solo, still obsessed with the mission. I'm focusing on making high-stakes prep accessible to everyone, from juniors to senior leads.
